In the light and airy open-plan living space, you can open the bi-folding doors to both the front and rear of the property bringing the outdoors in on a warm, sunny day. Self-catering is easy in the impressive kitchen with Neff and Hotpoint appliances.

Outside you’ll find a garden for all seasons so you can relax in the hot tub all year round, enjoy a BBQ and a evening drink by the fire pit. The landscaped garden is filled with stunning water features, custom-built waterfalls and mature trees making the perfect spot for alfresco dining with a view over the stream (known as a burn in Scotland) which runs alongside Heilan Roo.

This delightful location rests beside the River Garry, where there are lovely walks through The Hermitage, The Pass of Killiecrankie Path, Soldiers Leap, and the Tay Forest Park where there is The Enchanted Forest, and Linn of Tummel. You can even access Ben Vrackie from the doorstep of Heilan Roo.

Killiecrankie offers a visitor’s centre with a shop and café, a local pub, Killiecrankie House, and bungee jumping at Highland Fling Bungee.
